ASUS ROG Strix G17 17.3inch Grey Ryzen 9 RTX 4060 Gaming Laptop​

Looking at purchasing this Asus laptop. Only real question I have is. Is it has an expansion slot for memory (which is great) but how do i know how much memory (ram) can i put into this latop using both the base and the memory expansion slot. I would like to have 64gb of ram ideally for what I i'll be using it for. Will the latops motheboard support this much ram?

The Corsair Obsidian 900D is my case. Recently, there was a leak in the cooling system that damaged the motherboard, SSD, and GPU.

I got an ASUS TUF RX 7900 XTX to replace the broken GPU, which was a Radeon VII. The Obsidian 900D is a big case, but the new GPU fit in it without much trouble. Because the GPU is so tall, I haven't been able to tighten the screws for the frames. A friend suggested making holes in the case so that a screwdriver could fit through them.

Intel Desktop PC: Should integrated graphics be disabled from BIOS/UEFI when using a dedicated GPU?

I'm running an MSI Z790 board and the default setting in the UEFI for "IGD Multi-Monitor" ("IGPU Multi-Monitor" on an older system) is Enabled. I have an NVidia card installed, which is set as primary ("Initiate Graphics Adapter" or "Primary Graphics Adapter" set to PEG)

I was wondering what are the pros and cons, if any, of leaving it like this and whether it's better to disable it, if not benefiting of anything? Any impact?
Historically I've disabled the IGD Multi-Monitor feature and ran just fine, but just noticed that the default seems to be for it to be Enabled on my new mobo.

Potential reasons for leaving it ON:
If you specifically want to use Intel QSV (QuickSync) video encoding and/or decoding, otherwise you cannot access the iGPU it seems (from my testing with ffmpeg, OBS Studio)
If you specifically want to connect a monitor to the motherboard's video outputs instead of the dedicated card's, actually using the BIOS "multi-monitor" feature. Don't know exact scenario where you would need that.

One less GPU exposed by the OS to all software: might this lead to better stability in certain scenarios? Are there any known programs which get confused by having 2 GPUs active?
One less driver and potentially service/exe loaded (or is it that some are still loaded even when the iGPU is disabled?)

Hi team, I have a 3440x1440 165hz monitor, my MW2 game only ever runs at around 150 FPS. Would there be any advantage for gaming smoothness etc if I set the monitor refresh to say 144 and then limited the game to the same? Ugly as sin (white OLOy warhawk rgb) but the price was 30eur lower than my 16g kit cost me about 2 yrs ago.

I'm looking for a new laptop but I'm torn between two of them and the only difference is the resolution.

Is 1440p noticeable with a 17" monitor? Or will it just be an unessesary performance hit?

I have two Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans. For use on my CPU heatsink.

Can I use the fan splitter? Or must I attach each fan to a separate header on my Motherboard which is the Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX.

I had it on my i7-7700(non-K). I should have gotten the Arctic Freezer 34 in the first place but unfortunately I didn't listen to myself. It was a couple years since I had built a PC though and lot changed.

The 212 EVO was difficult to install and you had to hold the damn thing in place or else it would slide off the CPU before it was screwed down. Not only that the mounting pressure was complete garbage.. What pressure?(do a twist) AND the mounting bracket wasn't even fixed in place and you needed to make sure it was placed in that hole in the middle on the bottom of the heatsink. It dumbfounds me that so many people bought this crap cooler and thought it was good. Especially for the 7700k(if you didn't plan on overclocking) and the non-k version. The fan was LOUD too when the CPU was under load. สมัครสล็อตออนไลน์อันดับ 1

Cooler Master in general makes crap tier products and the only thing they're good at is making thermal paste. But now for some reason they think I want spread the thermal paste so they they designed their(only cooler master owns that crap) tubes for spreading the paste. Pea method and screwing down the heatsink in a star shaped pattern has never failed me, even when a coolers directions say spread the paste.

Redragon makes better budget mouse and keyboards then the mofo's over at Cooler Master. 2 out of the 3 keyboards I bought from Cooler master stopped working on me.
